Kiki Kiwi Smoothie

Kiki Kiwi Smoothie

This Kiwi Smoothie pic received so much love on INSTAGRAM, so I thought it would be a good idea to share the recipe! See, I AM nice, sharing is caring 🙂

So… Kiwi’s, Kiwi fruit, in a smoothie… a KIKI SMOOTHIE! Yep, it doesn’t sound at all fabulous, but it was. I’m going to be honest, like any healthy eating plan, I’ve slowly started reverting to my old ways! *Cry*. Yes, I’m still eating home-cooked goodness, all wholemeal, whole wheat, brown EVERYTHING and less refined sugars. But now and again, I do like to partake in the wine and Chinese takeaway tradition that me and the hubby have enjoyed over the years. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t every night, who could afford that? It’s only once a month, and, to be frank, if it was more than that I’d be rolling around town looking like a potato in clothing. I like to mix it up, have treats and be as good as I can, when I can! I do miss juicing, so watch this space, I may start switching between the two and having alternative recipes on the blog!
